• CREW Network memberships are based on a calendar year, and expire on December 31.

• Membership is tied to the individual and is non-transferrable from person to person, either within a company or otherwise.

• Applications are to be submitted with an application processing fee of $20.

To qualify for Regular Membership, an applicant must (a) be employed in a *qualified field of commercial real estate at the time of submitting his/her application for membership for 5+ years, (b) have primary responsibility to the client and either provide a service or a product that can stand alone in a real estate transaction, or serve in a decision-making capacity in real estate transactions, (c) must spend at least 75% of their professional time in some aspect of the commercial real estate industry, (d) derive a major source of his/her income from one or more qualified fields of commercial real estate, and (e) submit a properly completed application for membership which is approved by the Board of Directors and/or the Membership Committee.
