Mentorship Program Overview:

The CREW Charleston Mentorship Program is designed to connect members through meaningful relationships that support career growth, leadership development, professional confidence, and personal success. Through guided mentorship, participants gain greater professional confidence, enhance their strategic thinking skills, and expand their visibility within the commercial real estate industry. Mentoring provides a unique opportunity to accelerate professional growth, gain valuable insights, and build connections that can have a lasting impact throughout one's career.

October: Participant Selection & Matching

  • Review applications and participant profiles

  • Match mentors and mentees based on goals, experience, and interests

  • Communicate pairings and program requirements

November: Mentor-Mentee Meet & Greet

  • Formal introduction of mentoring pairs

  • Discuss communication preferences and meeting cadence

  • Begin relationship-building activities

December: Goal Setting & Development Planning

  • Establish individual and professional development goals

  • Create a mentoring action plan

  • Identify success measures and milestones

January: Leadership Development Workshop

  • Professional development session focused on leadership skills

  • Interactive learning and networking opportunities
